You simply enter in the information off the application and XtremeQuickScreen gives you back the results! You can literally approve an applicant within minutes after they apply!

If you are not an existing client, please follow these steps:

1. You will need to click on the following links to obtain our Membership Application and the Fair Reporting Agreement Form. These documents open with Adobe Acrobat Reader:

2. Fill out the Membership Application and sign the Fair Reporting and Access Security Form.

4. We will call you with your Login Name and Password so you can use our XtremeQuickScreen anytime you need to obtain information about a potential tenant!.
